ARTIST's BIO:
Mary Scott has a degree in art from SF State and studied art at L'Accademia di Belli Arti in Florence and the Academy of Art College. The work on display is influenced by her interest in old-timey etchings from the Victorian era. History, a time that is only experienced through remnants of buildings, old photos, and drawings of the era helps create a false sense of nostalgia. Really though, she just likes the way that it looks.
