	BEVERAGES Atlas Cafe offers a full range of hot drinks including espresso, cappuccino, café latte, café mocha, Pangea Chai and Republic of Tea black and herb teas. We also serve a variety of excellent cold drinks including our delicious ginger infused lemonade. Atlas Café uses only high quality custom roasted coffee beans for our coffee drinks. Our House coffee is a rich strong blend of dark roasted Sumatra and Costa Rica beans blended with french roast. Our staff members are thoroughly trained to make excellent espresso drinks.
	BREAKFAST In the morning people flock to Atlas Café for our huge selection of fresh pastries or bagels with a variety of delicious spreads made with Gina Marie natural cream cheese. For those who want a more substantial breakfast we also have our super popular steamed eggs served on a croissant or a bagel with cheddar cheese and cured ham if you want it. Also there is our delicious granola with organic yogurt and seasonal fruit.
	SOUPS look for side orders We make two fresh homemade soups each day at Atlas Café. At least one of our daily soups is vegan. Some of our delicious soups are: Butternut Squash, Mixed Vegetables with Kale, Yucatan Chicken, Carrot Ginger, Corn Chowder, Chicken Lime and many others.
	SALADS At Atlas Café we have a variety of fresh healthy salads. All of our salads start with a mix of fresh spring greens and romaine lettuce. We make all of our delicious dressings here from scratch with the best ingredients such as extra virgin olive oil, rice vinegar, tahini, sesame oil, and buttermilk blue cheese.
	SANDWICHES Atlas Café is well known for our unusual and delicious sandwiches. Chef Joseph Byrnes has created a wide array of totally unique sandwiches using super fresh ingredients that create a burst of flavor in your mouth. All of our sandwiches are made to order from the best ingredients and served on fresh baked artisan breads. We refuse to use pre made spreads or mayonnaise and make all of our spreads and dressings right here every day.
	PIZZAS Atlas Café’s huge menu also features delicious pizzas. Choose from some of our delicious creations such as the apple and Goat Cheese Pizza or the totally vegan No Cheese Pizza. Or make up your own pizza from the list of ingredients. For sauces, you can choose between our delicious Sage Tomato Pesto or a traditional Basil Pesto on your pizza. All of our pizzas are made with a delicious crispy 8 inch round crust. They are a perfect meal for one person or a great snack for two or more people.
