Here’s what one of those highfalutin glossy magazines had to say about Jinx Jones:
“Jinx performed with Chuck Berry off and on from 1979 through 1988, playing in one of Berry’s many regional touring bands. He also played with Roy Buchanan through his Colorado tours in the summers of 1984 and 1985. During 1991 and 1992 Jinx played with R&B superstars En Vogue on their triple platinum album “Funky Divas,” and played both guitar and bass on their signature hit “Free Your Mind.” The one thing that remains consistent throughout Jones’ multi-stylistic journey is the grace and finesse of his virtuoso playing.” http://www.jinxjones.com/
But what about Jessica Rose? Just when you think she’s gonna break down crying with those vulnerable heart-felt sobs as she tells the stories of good men gone bad and drinking and carousing, she throws it in reverse and belts out lines that would make Tammy Wynette proud!
8:00pm to 10:00pm and FREE as a bird…
But you may want to buy a beer to cry into just the same…
